| Since the reform and opening up,China has emerged at a speed rarely seen in the world and has gradually become a large developing country with strength,influence and responsibility.However,the rise of China does not stop at economic prosperity.Political,cultural,social,and ecological developments can go hand in hand.It also includes the independence and self-reliance of the Chinese discourse and lays a solid foundation for the great dream of rejuvenation of China.The essence of China's discourse is the general promotion and world presentation of China's roads,Chinese theories,Chinese wisdom,China's programs,and China's experiences.The discourse system with Chinese characteristics constructed in this way will unite the people internally and affect the world externally.The scientific construction and external communication of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics are concentrated manifestation of road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,system self-confidence,and cultural self-confidence.It is also a prominent manifestation of the ideology and values of China's influence in the world.However,due to the fact that the dominant position of the Western strong discourse has not changed,the social environment in which multiple voices in China still exist has not changed,and the construction of our discourse and discourse system are still not optimistic.Externally speaking,discourse has become a secondary market for Western thought and culture for a number of years,the dominance of domestic and mainstream discourse systems has not been fully demonstrated,and academic discourse originality has been in a state of cognac,seriously affecting a high degree of road self-confidence,theory self-confidence,institutional confidence and cultural confidence within the entire society.Therefore,it is imperative and urgent to build a discourse system that is compatible with China's development status and China's international status.Thesis research mainly adopts literature method,comparative analysis,induction,and the combination of general and individual and social survey methods such as research,from the concept of discourse and discourse system,analyzed the urgency of the construction of the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and actuality and its influencing factors,describes the problems focus on how to build an in-depth thinking and research.In particular,the introduction and conclusion of the thesis include five parts.The papers to the domestic and
