Research On The Legal System Of Mongolia's Information Disclosure

Mongolia is an important neighboring country to China.Its economy,culture and other aspects are closely linked with China.With the proposal of China's “One Belt and One Road” initiative,Mongolia responded positively and proposed the “Road to Grassland” initiative should be associated with it.Through the development of its advantages,it is committed to achieving its strategic development goals.In the future,the strategic cooperation between Mongolia and China will continue to deepen,the development space will be broader.Therefore,we must have a certain understanding of the Mongolian economy,culture,and government systems,legal system.This paper analyzes the basic content,characteristics and limitations of the Mongolian information disclosure legal system in order to strengthen the understanding of the relevant systems in Mongolia and is beneficial to the construction of China's information disclosure legal system.This article mainly sorts out the main legal provisions of Mongolia's information disclosure and summarizes the content of Mongolia's information disclosure legal system.On this basis,the characteristics and limitations of the legal system of information disclosure in Mongolia are analyzed.The feature is a relatively complete information disclosure system.The scope of the obligations of information disclosure is broad.It emphasizes the international protection of the legal system of information disclosure,the authority of the intelligence department is clear,and the terminology is defined.The limitation is the limitation of the Mongolian government's information disclosure legal system.The specific protection of citizens' right to information is not enough,and the government's information disclosure methods and channels are single,and self-supervision affects the effectiveness of supervision.This article finally analyzes the enlightenment of the Mongolian government's information disclosure legal system on China.First,it is an overall revelation that China should formulate the “Information Disclosure Law” and relevant laws as soon as possible.China should clarify the legal principles of information disclosure and the level of the legislation of China's government information disclosure.Continuously improve;second,specific enlightenment,the terminology of the information disclosure law of our country should be clarified,furthermore the both information disclosure and its object should be more extensive alsothe protection of intellectual property should be strengthened.
