Research On The Mechanism Of Public Spirit Cultivation In Community

Public spirit is the basic adjustment of individual interests and public interest.The construction of community is the main goal of our current community governance,and the cultivation of public spirit is the meaning of building community.As a kind of consciousness,the public spirit plays a guiding role in the community life,behavior,life attitude,value pursuit and interests of the residents,and naturally recognizes and recognizes advanced ideas such as democratic rule of law,fairness and justice,rights and obligations and devotion services.Cultivating the public spirit of citizens and constructing the mechanism of public spirit cultivation is the basic project of community building in China.The complexity and long-term characteristics of community governance,the diversity of the main body in the community and the characteristics of the differences between the requirements of the community must be divided into the main body,with a clear focus on the design of clear and accurate positioning of the public spirit of the mechanism to explore the effectiveness of community governance Model,to promote community governance towards the modern,fine,win-win,sustained direction.Based on the combination of community building and the foundation of public spirit cultivation of research on the mechanism,clear the current community public spirit cultivation mechanism of residents participation,community construction and resident identity such as lack of representation,analysis of the traditional culture,social structure,social organization and market economy and other aspects of the cultivation mechanism of constraints,and then clear the community to improve the public spirit cultivation mechanism to stimulate the vitality of community construction and community participation spirit,so as to promote the important objective of harmonious community good governance.Starting from the cultivation of the subject,the subject of public spirit cultivation mechanism is divided into three aspects of grass-roots government,social organizations and community residents,the three functions,responsibility and role positioning precision,by strengthening the system of safeguard measures,the construction of public service government to further strengthen the base layer of the government’s efforts to promote and create a community public space,the development of the construction of social organizations to further strengthen the construction of social organizations,promote the citizen participation of the community,to foster community public spirit to further enhance the community residents participate in efforts to achieve a common purpose to improve the public spirit cultivation mechanism.This paper attempts to use the multi governance community for path selection,according to the multi subject role in civic city community public spirit,adopt corresponding policies,effective mechanism design,to improve the level of grassroots community governance,realize the modernization of governance capacity.
