Local Government Behavior Research In The Cultural And Creative Development Of Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone

In recent years,all levels of governments in China have been deepening the recognition and importance of cultural and creative industries,and adopted some policies and supporting measures to promote their development.However,in the process of China’s government to promote the development of cultural and creative industries,also encountered the cultural system lack of vitality of cultural and creative industries,talent shortage,financing ability,lack of cultural and creative subject of rampant piracy and other difficulties,which hampered China’s cultural and creative industry development momentum strong meaning to a great extent.In order to better carry out the Chinese government in the development of cultural and creative industries in the management functions and service functions,to promote the rapid and stable development of cultural and creative industries,we must understand and grasp the real conditions of the development of cultural and creative industries in China,by absorbing and using the foreign successful experience of the development of cultural creative industries,further play an important role in promoting the government to guide and promote the development of cultural and creative industries.Taihu has a superior geographical environment and rich national cultural resources,and the development of cultural and creative industries has a unique advantage.The development of cultural and creative industries to promote the traditional culture of Wuzhong industrial upgrading,provide the impetus for sustainable development in Suzhou,and led the overall development of Jiangsu and the surrounding area.This paper defines the concept of cultural and creative industries,based on combing the relevant theory origin,factors by literature archives law,case analysis and other research methods to analyze the influence of Taihu cultural and creative industrydevelopment,mainly by the Wuzhong District government issued to promote the development of cultural and creative industry policies and regulations,found the existing problems,and draw lessons from domestic outside the main city government cultural creative industry development experience,from the clear position of the government role,increase the traditional culture of mining,further integration of resources,accelerate the development of industrial cluster in four aspects and provides policy suggestions for the development of cultural creative industry in Taihu.
