Research On Sustainable Development Of Corporate Community Involvement

As an important form of community construction,the corporate community involvement(CCI)attracts more and more attention from the state and society.CCI is not only an important way to fulfill the enterprise social responsibility,but also their internal demand of building a modern harmonious community.It makes great contributions in solving community public issues along with improving the enterprise competitiveness.Also,it greatly contributes in promoting the harmonious development of economy.It becomes a research hotspot on community construction in China.There are still many problems even we had made many great achievements on CCI in China,such as: the enterprises consciousness is weak and their attention is not enough;the government takes too much leading role and the guidance policy is insufficient;It becomes more and more urgent and important to find a way to realize the sustainable development of CCI.This paper arises the theoretical inspiration and research ideas from domestic and foreign CCI operation models by using documentary research method.Through a real case study on ChengCheng community,in which the ChengCheng Corporation made a successful experience in community building in Xinxiang City,Henan Prov China,and based on the stakeholder theory and corporate citizenship theory,this paper deeply analysis the dynamics and running model of CCI in China.It clarifies connotation of CCI in sustainable development.this paper put forward constructive proposals on how to promote the CCI in sustainable development.It is necessary to reinforce from three levels to achieve sustainable development of CCI.First of all,from the government level,it shall provide the support from the policy perspective to the enterprises.This will fundamentally improve their participation enthusiasm;secondly,from the enterprise level,the enterprise shall actively take part in the community building,and keep improving their service levels,so that community residents can really benefit from the services and enjoy their life;finally,from the community level,the community residents shall be motivated to join the community building with high enthusiasm by strengthening the interaction between the enterprises and community and by strengthening the propaganda and supervision of the community.
