"Cultural Politics" In National Image Films

With the current restructuring of the international order and the increasingly fierce game of major powers,the "Cultural Politics" means has become the main mode of power struggle between nations.It seeks value recognition and concept recognition,shapes the country’s image,enhances the country’s influence,realizes the redistribution of interests among countries,and reshapes the international power struc-ture.The national image film is an important carrier of "Cultural Politics".China has increasingly come to the center of the world stage.It is very meaningful to shape the country’s image through the "Cultural Politics" means of the national image film.Be-cause it can spread China’s own road practices and build its own discourse system,so that the world can understand and accept a peaceful rise of China,and then promote the reconstruction of international power.This article compares and analyzes the con-struction of "Cultural Politics" in the two different periods of "Personages/Perspec-tives" and "Road to Rejuvenation Studio Works",especially focusing on whether the construction change will bring about an increase in the effect of communication,and trying to find an effective means to optimize the national image film.The introductory part of this article first reviews the research status of the nation-al image film,and believes that there are some deficiencies in the current research.For example,there is a lack of research from the "Cultural Politics" perspective of the national power struggle,lack of systematic comparative research,and lack of empiri-cal tests.Then from the perspective of the coder,the "Cultural Politics" analysis was conducted on the "Personages/Perspectives" and "Road to Rejuvenation Studio Works",respectively,and what changes in the methods were actually explored.Then from the perspective of the decoding personnel,to empirically examine whether such a change in method means truly enhances the effect of communication,it is concluded that the change in encoding method has played a certain role in improving the effect of communication,but it has not reached the expectations of the coding staff.In turn,attempted to improve the ability to grasp the "eyeballs",enhance the audience’s under-standing of the semantics conveyed by the coder,break stereotyped stereotypes of the audience,and focus on propaganda and other optimization strategies in order to be able to draw lessons from relevant research.
