Humanistic thought runs through Marxist philosophy and is an important part of Marxist philosophy. In the course of the development of Marxist thought of mankind, the"Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844" and "German Ideology" occupied a very important position. From the perspective of human studies, the two works were compared and studied from the perspective of human studies.which have important theoretical and practical significance for us to understand the theoretical essence of Marxist human studies and enrich the theoretical content of Marxist humanities. The paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is mainly to sort out the research status at home and abroad, and then to provide theoretical support for the interests of the paper. The second chapter is based on the practical dimension of human science.Through the analysis of the concept of "laborer" and the concept of "practicing man",in"Manuscript of 1844",Marx thought that the essence of man is "freedom conscious".Labor, and when it came to "form",Marx combined practice with the essence of human beings, thinking that practice is the true manifestation of human nature, human nature has experienced a leap from labor to practice;the chapter three is from the perspective of learning, first of all, through the criticism of Hegel's abstract speculative philosophy,we recognize the existence of objectification.Labor is the activity that acts on objects.Second, the criticism of Feuerbach from worship to criticism. To Feuerbach's philosophy did not put people in the sights of historical "generation",so that he could not see the power of practice nor see the subject of practical revolution seeing the path of liberating mankind. Finally,Marx was in the process of criticizing his own theory of alienated labor,he saw the negativity of human social relations under alienated labor and the realization of the free and self-conscious nature of human practice;Chapter five is from the perspective of the liberation of man,the author explores the concept of human emancipation from the perspective of liberation of humanity and explores the development of human thoughts from 1844 Manuscript to Morphology,The process of changing people from labor to practice is the process of people's continuous development and liberation.
