In today's society, after the problem of food and clothing is resolved, people's pursuit of food is not limited to wrapping. They also pursue the safety, quality and appearance of food, and even the culture behind it.With the capitalization of agriculture, the peasants' land property rights and production materials in some regions or countries are controlled by foreign capital, and peasants are greatly challenged in terms of production sovereignty. At the same time, the rights and interests of consumers have also been eroded.Because of the lack of the right to live, they simply cannot afford to buy food.In this context, the Latin American NGO has proposed the concept of food sovereignty, arguing that people have the right to obtain food and produce food.Food sovereignty mainly discusses the development of agriculture from the angle of the state, producers and consumers, and natural resources.Under the background of the protection of China's national sovereignty,a case study was conducted on the planting of the “black rice” of Pumi in Digu Village. From the aspect of the sovereignty of producers and consumers in the food market and natural sovereignty, what was produced and how it was produced was discussed. What is produced and how it is produced is not only a personal desire, but also a simple adaptation to the market, but it has a profound social consciousness and cultural factors. The description and analysis of the transition process of the Pumi in Digu Village is a basis for understanding their claims for food sovereignty. In different ways of livelihoods, their technical base technologies determine how they get food, how they produce, make, and eat food.At the same time, these methods also determine what kind of social structure and cultural tradition it will form. Therefore,to explore the food sovereignty of black rice Planting,it is necessary to analyze its production technology, social structure and cultural traditions. In our daily life, the most directly related to food sovereignty is the producer and the consumer.Through analysis and research on the producers and consumers of thePumi with black rice Planting in Digu Village,it is pointed out that producers and consumers The interrelationship, that is,the dialectical relationship between what is“plant” and what is “eating” is an important factor in the manifestation of food sovereignty. In the modern agricultural market, the Food Sovereignty Campaign advocates respect for the diversity of culture and production.Producers, consumers, and countries have the right to choose their own production and consumption. It requires that the safety and health of foods be guaranteed, natural resources can Sustainable use.To promote the development of planting of black rice in the Digu Village and Pantiange basin, and then extend it to the development of agriculture in ethnic minority areas in northwestern Yunnan, according to its own advantages and natural geographical features, the development of characteristic agriculture has its own development space.
