Research On The Duty Of Erqi Street Office

The sub-district offices can help the residents concerned to solve practical difficulties,but thereare also many problems.For example,when the sub-district offices perform their functions,there will be some inappropriate behaviors,they will not solve the current problems well,and even cause social chaos.And affecting the economic development,which requires the relevant sub-district offices to perform their duties correctly to assume their service-type government responsibilities,and constantly optimize their own service goals.The fulfillment of the function of the sub-district office is a major measure to achieve the reform of the government’s functional system,and at the same time it also promotes the improvement of the functional system of the service-oriented government.This paper mainly studies the existing problems in the function fulfillment of Erqi Street in the urban-rural sub district,and understands the reasons for its existence.It also has a deeper research on the performance of its functions,and constantly optimizes the theoretical system of the functions of the streets,which is a combination of urban and rural areas.The Erqi Street is located in the program of functional change and provides a theoretical basis for the development of the functions of Erqi Street.The research ideas of this article are mainly based on the order of asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems.The "problem" was analyzed through actual investigations,and the status quo of functional performance of Erqi Sub-district Office was analyzed,and statistics on the deficiencies in the performance of functions were carried out.The "analysis problem" analyzes the problems that arise in the performance of Erqi Street Office’s functions,analyzes the reasons for its appearance,and summarizes the reasons."Solving problems" can be said to be the most important task for the research of this thesis.According to the reasons summarized in the previous section,the path of the administrative functions of the Erqi Street office has been targeted.This study conducts a systematic research through using the methods of theoretical analysis,empirical research,literature and questionnaire survey while combining the theories related to public management.It points out that Erqi Street Office has the problems of equivocal duty,lack of effective performance basis,absence of social management function and lack of interaction with the public while performing duties.In view of the problems above,specific suggestions are put forwarded from the aspects of team building of the street office,connection with upper government,participation of social organizations,financial security,law-based administration and job evaluation.The main innovations of this study are the following three points:The first is that this study is targeted at the specific unit of Erqi Sub-district Office.The research is more pertinent.Compared with the previous studies,the research is more precise and accurate.The second is that this study addresses the actual situation in the streets and other jurisdictions that do not have legislative power,and discusses the legal protection mechanism for the performance of street functions from the aspects of law enforcement and law enforcement.The third is that this research system proposes a street work evaluation system.
