The Change Of Chinese Cities From The Perspective Of Sino-soviet Relations

After the founding of new China,due to similar ideology,special national conditions and other external factors,Sino-Soviet relations have become an unavoidable historical writing in China’s industrialization process.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China in 1949,there were few cities in the whole northwest of China,with the aid of the Soviet Union and the support of the national policy.Lanzhou is one of the few northwest cities to gain this historic development opportunity.On the one hand,a large number of modern technology and equipment have been introduced to the ancient city of Lanzhou.On the one hand,a large number of experts and highly skilled laborers have gathered from home and abroad,and become the core human resources of Lanzhou’s construction in this period.It can be said that the industrial development of a city has become the epitome of the development of a country.In 1978 the party’s Eleventh Plenary Session held a new era of open,including Lanzhou,the history of Sino-Soviet relations in the modernization drive,walk on the road China many city,which preserved in the Sino-Soviet relations of historical memory,a new era and was eventually shut down or even replace the content flow pattern system.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part of the Sino-Soviet relations in1949-1978,through the 1950 s "China",1960 s "burst" and the 1970 s "hostile" historic interpretation and restoration overview;the second part of the Lanzhou city comes from the development and descriptions of the history of Lanzhou before 1949 the development of;the third part compares the change from the new China early basic condition of Lanzhou city and Lanzhou city under the Sino-Soviet relations on the specific impact of the city and development;the fourth part from the existing historical position,changes in Lanzhou city during 1949-1978 in the Sino-Soviet relations change time localization,impetus and changes in the historical analysis of the problem overview of nature.
