The Difference Of Human Rights Concept And Its Reflection

Every country and every area of human rights has its own understanding and operation mode,this kind of understanding is rooted in local history and culture,traditional background and realistic national conditions,reflects the specific care to their people.But it is due to historical and cultural differences lead to the current difficulty of the interaction of human rights,and to a certain extent,restrict the scope of the concept of human rights and has covered the essence of human rights.From the perspective of local knowledge,this thesis argues that the human rights concept and practice in each country are both endemic knowledge and concrete differences in the concept of human rights.In the context of globalization,on the one hand,there are inherent local limitations,on the other hand,each local understanding of human rights may be part of a conceptual system of comprehensive and systematic human rights,all of which contribute to human rights.Therefore,we must return to the normal concept of human rights while adhering to the conceptual differences in human rights,shape the diversity and openness,each country should contribute their local human rights concept to the international community as much as possible,respect the multiple needs of human rights in other countries,realize the benign interaction of human rights across cultures,promote the progress and development of the global human rights and create a comprehensive,open and three-dimensional concept of human rights under the framework of the community of human destinies.From the perspective of local knowledge of Geertz,holds that the understanding of the concept of human rights in both western and eastern countries is a kind of "local knowledge",which is closely related to the nationals,geographical environment,historical culture and traditional background of each country.And show the specific differences between the concepts of human rights in China and the West.And realistic dilemma of the interaction between the different characteristics of human rights in the world.On the one hand,the mode of equal and harmonious exchange is ideal and it is difficult to reach a real and effective consensus;on the other hand,human rights confrontation has shown a normalized trend both in the normal disagreement of rights and unfair attacks.However,in the process of globalization,interaction is an inevitable trend,and human rights concepts and practices in each place are associated with localities and are based on specific needs in specific contexts.If it is limited to the different traits of the concept of human rights,it will not only create greater conflicts and conflicts,but also limit the scope of the concept of human rights and obscure the essence of human rights.Though reflects on the difference characteristics of the concept of human rights and demonstrates the necessary dimensions of the concept of human rights.The concept of local human rights has its own practical limitations,and its differential nature can lead to difficulties in communication between the two sides.Human rights is a complete,systematic and comprehensive conceptual system based on the integration of different perspectives,viewpoints and diverse cultures.It is a concept of signifier,and any local understanding of human rights may be this part of the conceptual system.However,not every local understanding of human rights falls into the category of the concept of human rights.Only the local understanding that is intended to proceed from man and return to man can be included in the concept of human rights.The concept of human rights is different.Returning to the normal and great concept of human rights,shaping the diversity and openness,making efforts to contribute to the international community’s concept of local human rights and respecting the human rights of other places multiple needs,to achieve benign interaction of human rights across cultures.
