Research On The Xunjian System Of Yuan Dynasty

As an important system of the whole security system in ancient China,xunjian has played a great role in maintaining local security.In the yuan xunjian system inherits tang,five dynasties,song dynasty,on the basis of developing and perfecting,formed a relatively complete system of system,for the establishment of the Ming and Qing dynasties laid the foundation.Based on yuan xunjian system as the research object,this paper discusses the yuan xunjian department Settings,functions and management status,summarizing and analyzing the operation and characteristics of the yuan xunjian and influence,in the hope of more comprehensive to show the system.In addition to summary and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is about the yuan xunjian department setting and function,combined with such as silver moon unearthed documents such as the historical data,detailed introduces the distribution,personnel,functions of the department of inspection of the yuan,also of the yuan dynasty in Taiwan Pescadores xunjian department to set up the background,set up time,major functions and so on are discussed.The second part is about the xunjian management of yuan dynasty.Summarizes the yuan dynasty retaining xunjian of three kinds of ways,namely the officials' children with forefathers accomplishments to the shadow of officials,from the existing of officials,select xunjian from civilian,analyses the unique to the yuan dynasty from officer neatening cause of xunjian methods,function and so on,also for xunjian of the treatment,then,to transfer condition were studied.The third part is to evaluate the xunjian of yuan dynasty.Firstly,concluded that the four characteristics of the yuan xunjian system: checking in high prestige among the people,more xunjian by the han and south Chinese to serve as xunjian,the SuZhenglianSi visit to the company's supervision and yuan later period to select xunjian from civilian;Lastly,the xunjian system of yuan dynasty was evaluated and this paper analyzes the influence of the xunjian system of yuan dynasty on ming dynasty and qing dynasty.
