Study On Hainan Migratory-bird Endowment From The Viewpoint Of Active Aging

The elderly have been regarded as the service recipients,a caregiver is often needed.Active aging changed this kind of view,to treat the elderly as social wealth,advocates to further increase the health expectancy and the quality of life by the participation of the elderly.There is no ripe experience available for reference on the study of the migratory-bird elderly care in our country.Active aging perspective provides an innovative,open direction to change the viewpoint from pension welfare into pension investment.To Hainan,from the perspective of active aging,the migratory-bird endowment impels the migratory-bird elderly give full play to their physical,social and spiritual potential,betters quality of life,participate in the construction of a beautiful new Hainan actively.In this study,I adopt literature method,observational method and case-study method to collect data and information.I has collected a lot of documents about active aging and migratory-bird endowment,understood the living actuality of Hainan migratory-bird elderly and the situation of Hainan migratory-bird endowment by field observations and case interviews.Pointed out that Hainan migratory-bird elderly maintain physical and mental health through medical care,sports and tourism activities,their social relations mainly exist in the migratory-bird populations,their main source of economy is themselves and their children,some of them have been employed in Hainan,some participate in the public affairs and supervision actively,some enjoy the essential public health services,some enjoy the convenience of offsite medical treatment billing service.Through analysis found that,the problems of Hainan migratory-bird endowment are the medical backward service,the traditional medicine does not play an obvious role of health level.The difficult employment of the migratory-bird elderly talents,the single method of political participation,the estrangement between host and guest groups of participate level.The lack of home care services,the system bottlenecks of offsite medical treatment billing,the lack of industry regulations for pension service centers,partial covering of public service system of guarantee level.Therefore,we should combine the theory of active aging and the reality of Hainan,to speed up the implementation of medical and health services,to develop the traditional medicine,to treasure migratory-bird elderly talents,to build a bridge between host and guest groups,to standardize migratory-bird district management,to rich political participation channels,to run aged and public service for migratory-bird elderly.Let the migratory-bird elderly enjoy dignity and care,while participate in Hainan construction actively.
