Study of professional identity in China started late,the research object more focused on teachers,health workers,and other fields,the current research on military occupational identity is less,and more is given priority to with theoretical research.In view of this,in this research the air force ground troops’officers and soldiers as the research object,by combining qualitative research and quantitative research methods,developed a set of suitable for their career identity assessment tools,in order to understand the the air force ground troops officers and soldiers’s professional identity status,First of all,we turn to the literature at home and abroad,and involves the related theory of career identity,and on this basis,made a semistructured interview outline,interview the 10 officers and soldiers,and the interview data has carried on the qualitative analysis combined with the observation notes.Through qualitative analysis,the structure dimension of the professional identification of the officers and soldiers of the air force ground forces was obtained,and the scale entry was designed according to the analysis,and the Likert’s five points were used.Next to the formation of the initial questionnaire were measured,the effective sample has a capacity of 240,the results show that the initial questionnaire KMO value of 0.94,Bartlett ball test shows significant level,show the initial questionnaire is very suitable for factor analysis,and through the method of principal component analysis,the initial questionnaire item for the cuts,eventually determine the officers and soldiers of the air force ground troops’sprofessional identity formal questionnaire consists of 22 item,five factors,five factors are:professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,vocational values and career self-efficacy.In order to continue to verify the scale of stability and suitability,the formal questionnaire for measuring,effective sample has a capacity of 309,by using confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis method,the results showed that 22 item is good for measuring the content of the their subordinate factor,the five factor model and formal better measured by the sample data fitting,shows the structure of the five factor model validity is good.Through the homogeneity reliability and 1/2 the reliability test of the reliability of the formal questionnaire,the results show that the formal questionnaire Cronbach ’a coefficient is 0.91,each factor is 0.72-0.83,the formal questionnaire reliability is 0.91,arid a half minute and a half of each factor of reliability between 0.65 to 0.79,illustratetheformalquestionnairereliabilityisgood.To sum up,the conclusions of this study are as follows:1、This study aimed at the air force ground forces to occupational characteristics of grassroots officers and soldiers,the preliminary establishment of the air force ground troops professional identity scale,reasonable structure dimensions,and the qualitative analysis of dimension fitting is good.2、The scale has good homogeneity reliability and semi-reliability,which is in accordance with the reliability requirements of psychological tests.3、Through expert rating method,exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and other methods of inspection,prove that compiled by the professional identification scale of the officers and soldiers of the air force ground troops has good content validity and structure validity.4、With good reliability and validity of the the officers and soldiers of the air force ground troops professional identity formal questionnaire were measured and found some characteristics of grassroots officers and soldiers of professional identity,because the sample size is little,not enough to represent the the air force ground troops the whole situation of officers and soldiers professional identity,the next step to large sample size measured,is used to analyze troops of professional identity level and its influencing factors,the vocational education to the professional reform and forces of soldiers.
