Study On The Aging Of Residential Communities In Industrial And Mining Cities In Jinchuan Company

Urban community is an important part of the city.With the gradual disintegration of the unit system,its role and role in the city have become more and more important.As the smallest unit of residents ’lives,the community has become a carrier to ensure residents’ daily work and life.Its spatial layout,surrounding environment,internal supporting facilities,transportation convenience,and comfort and safety.Taking Jinchuan community as the main research object,this paper selects Jinchuan community building time data and community aging population data,and draws the relationship between community building time and community aging population.In order to study the factors of the aging of the community,a questionnaire was conducted to find out the problems existing in the old and new communities,and the community was updated and reconstructed,and corresponding measures were proposed.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Jinchuan Company’s community building construction time and the aging population of the community show "building-population" aging synchronously aging phenomenon.According to the time when the community building was built,the community was divided into four categories: aging severe communities,aging more severe communities,newer communities,and new communities.From the community distribution map,it can be seen that the distribution distance of aging severe community is closer to the main plant area of Jinchuan Company,and the aging severe community is the second closest to the main plant area of Jinchuan Company.Finally,the newer community and the new community are farther away from the factory area.From the analysis of the community population aging level,it is found that the community aging phenomenon of Jinchuan Company is serious.The ratio of the population aged 60 and over in 13 communities is more than 10 %.Combined with the map of buildings,it can be seen that the two are spatially synchronized.trend,That is,the longer the community building,its corresponding community aging is more serious.(2)According to the four periods divided by the construction time of community building,a community was selected to carry out a questionnaire survey.The results showed that in the community material allocation and function improvement level,the communities built before 2000 were dissatisfied with the community.After 2000,the community was in the material allocation and functional improvement layer.In the community neighborhood relationship,the neighborhood relationship of the community before 2000 is better.For the community after the year of the year 2000,the residents’ satisfaction with the neighbourhood is poor,thus comparing the new and old communities built before and after the 2000,and finding the problems of the community.(3)combined with the present situation of the old communities in Jinchuan,two modes of renovation and renovation are proposed: the mode of demolition and renovation and the mode of independent renewal.With the development of urbanization,the community will be aging,and the contradiction between the reconstruction and renovation of the community will happen,so we should continue to study and explore the development of the community,and let the community bring a sense of belonging and a high quality of life.
