The civil society theory is an important thought theory of Marx,which occupies an important position in its thought logic.This article did a detail explanation about the main content of Marx's civil society thought which is based on backing to the history of the formation of civil society thought.thus,I explored What role does Marx's civil society thought have for the future.This paper traced the history of civil society through the thoughts of Locke,Montesquieu,Rousseau and Hegel.From "about feuerbach" criticism on Hegel's legal philosophy "outline" in the "German ideology" and other classic do to civil society,and in these classic works of Marx's civil society thought connotation and characteristics of related works,to realize what Marx's civil society is not a narrow concept of the civil society theory,is not only the understanding for a specific period,and private matter the range of the action as well as the understanding.And,because the civil society is the most significant characteristics of individualism,individualism and the type of individual atoms,and they are also significant defects of civil society,so Marx's criticism of them one by one.By analyzing Marx's criticism of the traditional civil society,Marx pointed out that Marx was not a complete negation of the mission society,but a dialectic.In Marx's view,the new understanding of the relationship between society and the state must be abandoned in order to achieve the all-round development of human freedom.
