| In recent years,the aging trend in China has become increasingly serious.According to relevant statistics,the population aged over 65 is more than 7% of the total population,which is called an aging society.At present,the population over the age of 60 has exceeded 10% of the total population.In fact,as early as 2001,it reached 7.6%,has already entered the aging society.Under the increasingly serious background of population aging,the issue of pension for the elderly in our country has become increasingly prominent.How to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly according to the actual conditions of the elderly is a top priority.In the current old-age pension institutions,community endowment,apartment three pension mode,home care mode seriously affected by the traditional concept of community endowment pattern due to the fledgling development is not perfect,so from the point of view,the pension agency in apartments for the elderly become the inevitable choice of them.The Y apartment for the elderly as the research object,in order to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly apartment as the goal,the use of research methods of literature review,data collection,questionnaire survey,case interviews,from the angle of social work intervention on elderly apartments in the elderly mental demand.In the group activities and activities to the social support theory as the foundation,to provide the necessary services for the apartment is similar to the spiritual needs of the elderly,enrich the spiritual life of the elderly;with special performance in the process of the service object to carry out group activities case counseling on the psychosocial treatment mode and cognitive method.To better adapt to life in the apartment.Finally,we analyze and reflect on case work and group work,point out its shortcomings and put forward some suggestions,so as to enrich practical experience for social work to intervene in the elderly's spiritual needs. |
