Study On Philippine Claims In The South China Sea Issue

The issue of the South China Sea is not a problem.In history,no matter whether it is the “Nine Lines” or the “Eleven Lines”,whether it is a neighboring country or a Western country,there is no objection to China's island and reef sovereignty over the South China Sea.With the discovery of the rich natural resources of the South China Sea in the 1970 s,neighboring countries have joined in the struggle for the South China Sea reef.Some global and regional countries have also resorted to various excuses and selfish purposes to make the South China Sea become a problem.And it's complicated.Studying the issue of the South China Sea in the Philippines is a desirable strategy for effective resolution of the South China Sea issue in the future.It is also a necessary and effective strategy for effectively changing China's structural weaknesses in the South China Sea,and it is an important strategy for broadening China's access to safeguarding the interests of the South China Sea.In recent years,the Philippines has continuously provoked incidents in the South China Sea area.Although China has proposed many solutions for the settlement of the South China Sea issue,it has been ignored by the Philippines.This paper,through the collation and analysis of domestic and foreign documents,systematically elaborated the Philippines' claim on the South China Sea issue,and analyzed its existence irrationality and illegality.In response to these questions,we study the Philippines' claim in the South China Sea issue.We must adhere to the principle that sovereignty is based on my own.We must combine the “Chinese dream” and “destiny community” with strategies that can represent China's common development philosophy and combine it with the development and utilization of the South China Sea.The "South China Sea-Destiny Community" has been extended to resolve the South China Sea issue peacefully,to demonstrate the style of a big country and to enhance the image of China.Proposing that China should strengthen cooperation between China and the Philippines to ease the situation in the South China Sea and bilateral relations;promote the development of relations with ASEAN countries,especially economic exchanges;and solve the problem in the realistic situation of the South China Sea.
