"The Belt and Road" initiative put forward since 2013,has aroused great concern in the international community."The Belt and Road " initiative is put forward by our country in today’s world situation is complicated:the international economic recovery is slow,the inverse of globalization have shown that countries facing serious development problems,in the context of this,China put forward initiative to strengthen interconnection with neighboring countries,the initiative is peaceful and it inclusives open national economic cooperation."The Belt and Road" initiative through Southeast Asia,South Asia,Central Asia,West Asia,Middle East,Europe and Africa,the vast international area.But these areas of the country with many ethnic groups,religious complex,political system is different,there is a big game,geopolitical struggle and political turmoil,non-traditional security issues such as frequent political and security risks.These risks of "The Belt and Road " initiative smoothly poses a great threat.This paper is based on the theory of political and security risks,from power,geopolitics,international public opinion and other three aspects of the "The Belt and Road" initiative to promote the political and security risks and try to build mutual trust and cooperation mechanism,power from the security community,the people connected to other aspects of Chinese Countermeasures,to enhance mutual political trust and strengthen economic cooperation,promoting the construction of "The Belt and Road" initiative smoothly,to promote national economic and social development along the joint initiative.
