Research On Local Government's Effort To Complete The Management Mechanism Of Enterprise Intellectual Property

Along with continuous development and progress of human society,the intellectual property system is gradually complete.Since China joined WTO,more and more industries have been actively geared to the developed countries,striving to make breakthroughs in intellectual property innovation and protection.Management of enterprise intellectual property is a crucial method of national innovation-driven development strategy.China uses the management of intellectual property as a strategic policy,while the local governments are still on the way to explore and promote it.This paper focuses on the local government,which is the subject of public management,begins with the concepts of intellectual property and management of it,and then elaborates connotations of all relevant concepts.The awareness of corporate intellectual property has been gradually improved,the number of intellectual property applications and licenses has increased,and the quality has been improved.The management of intellectual property rights has achieved certain results.Through visiting almost one hundred companies in T district,analyze the general problems in the local government's intellectual property management,such as the irrational administrative setup,untimely policy updates,inadequate public services and unsatisfactory industrialization.Several aspects such as capital investment and industrialization,talent cultivation,and environmental optimization have made recommendations for establishing.
