The Government Emergency Response Network Public Opinion Strategy

The wide application of mobile Internet and mobile social software accelerates the speed of information dissemination after the outbreak of emergency network public opinion,and the public opinion data has reached the large data level,which increases the difficulty of network public opinion management.The government's past public opinion coping style is increasingly unable to adapt to the new requirements raised in the big data environment,and new countermeasures need to be explored.At the same time,the application of large data technology also provides technical support for government agencies to carry out public opinion information monitoring,public opinion early warning,keyword analysis and trend analysis.The government departments can make use of large data technology to find public opinion faster,grasp the context of public opinion more accurately,and even predict the trend of public opinion.From the perspective of large data,this paper studies and analyzes the new characteristics of network public opinion in the large data environment from the main features,the characteristics of communication and the direction of development.In view of these new features,this paper discusses the current situation analysis of the government's response to the network public opinion of emergencies in the perspective of large data,and finds out the problems from the two aspects of the case analysis of the 2014 Nanjing officials,the nurses,the Zhaotong police,the 8.12 explosions in Tianjin,and so on.The problems are summarized and the reasons are refined and analyzed.In particular,the computer,large data technology and public management,the lack of technology application in management,technology can not be used in depth application can not be the core of the management of the core problem.Finally,the problem from the two aspects of the problem from the system and technical means to give the coping strategies,the use of large data technology means to fully realize the government's insight into the hot events,for the government to collect key information,conduct public opinion research,accurate control network public opinion.The purpose of this paper is to study the data of emergency network public opinion,through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,to explore emergency network public opinion to big data environment strategy.Finally,in response to the system and mechanism problems are formulated to improve system of big data technology,pay attention to construction of professional personnel,public opinion analysis of big data to optimize the information sharing among the departments of the coordination mechanism,the construction of standardized disposal process of coping strategies;support big data technology is given to the problem in technique to improve the scientific decision-making,respectively public opinion in the incubation period,the outbreak period and diffusion period and recession period how to use technical means to give precise control of response strategies of public opinion.
