The Basic Administrative Responsibility For Administrative Responsibility Shall Be Investigated

In today’s social environment,various safety liability accidents occur,and the government initiated the accountability process to become the norm.Build perfect transparent scientific grassroots administrative responsibility mechanism,both to urge the government and its staff legitimate to use its power in the hands of a good own duty,also can effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people and other groups.How to improve the grassroots administrative personnel’s work efficiency,improve their loyalty and sense of responsibility to the work,the implementation of grassroots administrative responsibility shall be investigated for,is an effective means.It is helpful to investigate the institutionalized self-restraint of the administrative staff in the system.Based on this background,I choose to study the status quo and countermeasures of the basic administrative responsibility system in our country.This paper uses literature,comparative research and case analysis methods,such as carding the research status at home and abroad,the grassroots administrative responsibility system in China are analyzed and summarized,and lists the main problems of the current,and analyses the cause of the problem,by drawing on the successful experience of other countries,put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion.
