Research On Female Workers In Small Factory From The Perspective Of "Space-power"

With the continuous advancement of reform and opening up and the confirmation of the legal status of the private economy,private enterprises have shown a trend of vigorous development,and factories are making rapid progress in the wave of development.Since the 1990s,with the rapid development of the factory,more and more women have stepped out of the hometown to enter the factory as a female workersr.In recent years,in order to promote local economic development,many cities have been vigorously building industrial parks in the combined urban and rural areas.Many distinctive small factories have appeared in industrial parks.This small factory has a very prominent feature:the composition of people with acquaintances.That is,the owner of a small factory first uses his relatives as the main force,and then each relative finds his relatives to join the small factory.In addition,such small factories are mainly based on handicrafts and simple manufacturing operations,and attract a lot of female workers by virtue of their unique and simple work characteristics.The group of Female workers in small factories well reflects the characteristics of China's economic transition.Therefore,research on this group has also attracted the attention of more and more scholars in the academic world.This paper is based on Foucault's "space-power" perspective.Through the two dimensions of time and space,participatory observation and in-depth interview research methods in qualitative research are used to investigate the problem of female workers in small factories.In relation to the relationship between small factories and Female workers and the state of existence of Female workers,this paper has the following findings:First,the time strategy of small factories runs through the entire timeline of Female workers and has the nature of "all aspects".The small factory makes the women's body stay in the workshop and contributes to the benefits of the factory by establishing a seamless timetable or a whole length of working hours and working overtime to plan for a large number of working hours for female workers,The system of late and early withdrawal of fines was imposed to maximally bind Female workers to work.Second,the space strategy of the small factory begins with the layout of the space.The layout of space extends from the production space to the living space,and the small factories have effectively arranged and divided the production space and the living space,and have added monitoring and control measures to strengthen it.Under such circumstances,the micro-manufacturing power of the small factory can not only be carried out in the production space,but also can be immersed in the private field other than the work of the female worker,thus realizing the all-round management of the female worker in space.Again,micro-power is not one-way in small factories.Small factories and female workers take different strategies as the two endpoints of micro-power respectively.While the small factories conduct comprehensive managemen t and restraint on female workers in time and space,Female workers have also adopted a relatively moderate strategy to resist.They will adopt their own strategies at the right time to resist the small factories.At this time,the implementers of micro-power have completed clever transformations.Finally,Female workers who work in small factories are rationally based on the principle of equality and voluntarism.Although they are subject to oppressive management,constraints and restrictions in small factories,female workers also try their best to implement resistance strategies.The land has achieved satisfaction with the needs of the factory and the joy of work.It is through the process of transforming the micro-power of the small factory that the female worker completes the realization of subjectivity,and this subjectivity has new characteristics of the times.
