Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communists Party of China(CPC),with the CPC Central Committee which Comrade Xi Jinping as general secretary proposed the policy of all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline,and has resolutely changed the soft status of managing the party's management of the party's looseness and achieved remarkable results.With Socialism with Chinese characteristics enters new era,the problems of strengthening and improving communists' self-cultivation become more prominent.In social reality,a few party members and cadres have occurred phenomena such as ideals and beliefs shaken,lack of regulation in morals,and the laxity of discipline,which have seriously damaged the interests of CPC and the people.To this end,the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China put forward a firm “four confidences” and continued to promote an all-out effort to enforce strict party discipline,to learn and obtain the nourishment from the excellent Chinese traditional culture,in order to build a favorable politic environment.The Confucian Self-cultivation Thought(CST)is considered as an important traditional culture,contains the truth of “internal saint external king” and “achieving practical use”.It has a natural connection with the Theory of Chinese Communist Self-cultivation(TCCS),not only provides a theoretical source and a practical carrier for the accomplishment of the party members,but also enhances the sense of national mission of the CPC members.In new era,it has great significance for the CPC members to strengthen their self-cultivation,to practice the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,and to promote the cause of socialist with Chinese characteristics to develop sound and rapid.This article focuses on the study of Communists Self-cultivation in new era learns from CST.The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of research,domestic and foreign research trends,research ideas and methods,research priorities and innovations.The second chapter is the difficulty of this article.It discusses the content from five aspects,the evolution of CST,the connotation and characteristics,the main content,the role of the ancient rule of virtue and the enlightenment to the contemporary society.The third chapter mainly to describe from five respects,it concludes the formation and development,the connotation,characteristics,main contents,methods and significance of the TCCS in new era.The fourth chapter analyzes the present situation of Chinese Communist Self-cultivation in new era,and then analyzes the causes of the problems,and then,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening and improving SCC in new era.The fifth chapter is the focus,innovation point and end-result of this article.It also analyzes the necessity and inspiration of Communists Self-cultivation in new era learn from CST,and then by learning from the goals,methods and methods of CST to
