Research On The Government Support Of Chongqing Family Farm

19th CPC National Congress of the Party clearly put forward to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and as one of the seven strategies to write the Constitution of the Party.It is emphasized that the cultivation of new agricultural production and management main body,especially the cultivation of agricultural main body among them,is helpful to realize the transformation from quantity growth to quality increase in Chinese agriculture at present,to realize green sustainable development and to improve the international competitiveness of agriculture.We will ensure food security and increase the income of agricultural producers.With the accelerated pace of rural revitalization,the household contract responsibility system can no longer meet the needs of current agricultural development.In this context,the family farm came into being.To further expand and develop on the basis of the system of household contract management Family farm,family farm is not only a new subject of agricultural management,but also an important auxiliary means to realize agricultural modernization.As the largest municipality directly under the Central Government in southwest China,with the rapid development of economy,agriculture and society,the family farms in Chongqing are moving towards modernization,specialization and intensification.To become an important part of modern agriculture.But on the whole,the level of development of family farms in Chongqing is not very high.There are insufficient government propaganda on family farms,poor channels for land circulation,and insufficient training for family farmers.The policy support of agricultural fund is not enough,the degree of financial fund support is not enough,and the consciousness of establishing agricultural socialized service system is not strong.By consulting the literature,Through statistical analysis and other tools,drawing on the experience and lessons of government support for family farms at home and abroad,it is proposed that in order to give full play to the role of government support,it is still necessary to increase propaganda through multiple channels to attract farmers and further standardize the system of rural land circulation.In order to promote the healthy development of family farms in Chongqing,we should actively cultivate a new type of farmers’ professional team,increase the support of various funds,establish and perfect the agricultural socialized service system and other suggestions and countermeasures.Through the research of this paper,it has certain practical significance to solve the problem of government support of family farm in Chongqing and accelerate the development of family farm in Chongqing.It also provides reference and basis for the improvement of government support of family farm in other areas of our country.
