Comment On The Introduction Of Urban Volume Transfer System In Our Country

Urban development in China has gradually entered a stage of rapid development.While seeking speed,the requirements for the urban ecological environment have gradually increased.However,our country's cities are facing the contradiction of scarcity of land resources.We have built a volume system for this type of problem outside the region,and rationalized the use of urban land resources through volume allocation to achieve the purpose of guiding urban development.Chinese scholars tried to introduce the system and localize the volume transfer system to solve the land problem in China's current urban development.However,the extraterritorial volume transfer system has its own institutional attributes and institutional basis.Facing the transfer of the volume under different land systems,the system operation obviously cannot be the same.The results of blind introduction may make the system unsatisfied.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the theory and system construction of current volume transfer institutional theory in our country,to explore the reasons and basis for its introduction,and whether it is necessary to introduce it within the current institutional framework.There are other solutions to replace the role of the volume transfer system in urban land use.
