At present,The "dilemna" such as the enforcement cases is too many,but difficult to resolve,the bankruptcy case is less but difficult to start widespread in the national court.Enforcement cases turn bankruptcy is the work of innovation in the people's court,it adapts to the new situation,and the development and changes of the new task,which not only helps to resolve the implementation difficulties Bureau,also be helpful for promoting the development of bankruptcy trial work.It meets the requirment of fairly protecting the legitimate rights and interests of creditors,and maintaining the credibility of the judiciary.But in practice,due to various factors,the implementation of the system needs to be strengthened.This paper anlayzes the aspect of comparative analysis of implementation of the program and procedures of bankruptcy,the necessity of the bankruptcy procedure to perform analysis,and gives a brief analysis as well as discusses the production procedure,thus expecting to improve the implementation of the bankruptcy mechanism.
