Study On Women’s Work In The Central Soviet Area

During the period of the Central Soviet Areas,the Chinese Communists profoundly realized that women could play a huge role in the development of the Chinese revolutionary movement.Therefore,Chinese Communist Party has attached great importance to giving full play to rural women as part of society in their victories over the Soviet revolutionary struggles and placing great emphasis on the work of most women in the Central Soviet Area while leading people in the Central Revolutionary Base to carry out the Soviet revolution.As a part of the mass work of the Chinese Communist Party,the work of women in the Central Soviet Area is an important part of the party’s cause.Women’ s work in the Central Soviet Area has a bearing on the development of the Soviet revolutionary movement and the further development of the party’s cause.The research on women’ s work in Central Soviet Area has left extremely valuable historical experience for the development of contemporary women’ s work and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The body of this article consists of five parts:The first part of this article analyzes the background of women’ s work in Central Soviet Area.It mainly analyzes several aspects of reasons,including the broadcasting of feminism theory and Marxist views of women in China,women in the Central Soviet Area are deeply exploited and oppressed,the Communist Party of China giving conclusions and attaching great importance to women’ s work,the Communist International’ s guiding and requiring on the Chinese revolution.The second part of this article outlines the women’ s work in Central Soviet Area mainly including the establishment of the women’ s work departments at all levels in the Central Soviet Area by the Chinese Communist Party,training leading cadres at all levels in the women’ s work,formulating various laws,guidelines and policies to protect the special interests of women.It provided organizational,personnel and legal guarantees for women’ s work in the Central Soviet Area.And through various ways and means of ideological education,propaganda mobilization and environmental incentives to carry out the women’ s work in the Central Soviet Area.By all these methods,it can guide and attract women in the Central Soviet Area to actively cooperate with the work and to support and participate in the Chinese sovietrevolution.The third part of this article summarizes the effectiveness of women’ s work in Central Soviet Area.It mainly including two aspects.One achievement is the great changes happened on women,contains their daily life’s change,their social status’ s change,their educational level’s change and so on.The other achievement of the women’ s work in the Central Soviet Area is women’s great contributes on Chinese Soviet Revolution and Construction,contains women’s participation in the regime construction,military construction,economic construction,social and educational construction of the Central Soviet Area.The fourth part of this article examines the insufficiency of women’ s work in the Central Soviet Area and briefly analyzes the subjective and objective reasons.The insufficiency one is the women committee members are not good at their jobs and their levels are uneven.The insufficiency two is the women workers did not pay great importance to the women’s work.The insufficiency three is the CCP’ s leadership style were not so well.Trace to the root,the reasons were the shackles of traditional concepts,the CCP’ s lack of experience in women’ s work and the negative impacts of the left-leaning mistakes on the women’ s work.The fifth part of this article refined the experiences and enlightenment of the women’ s work in Central Soviet Area.It mainly contains adhering to the Chinese Communist Party’s leadership of women’ s work,paying attention to the guidance of women’ s organizations on the women’ s work,enhancing various capacity of women,protecting the vital rights of women and giving full play to women’ s active effects on social development and so on.
