Research On The Mechanism Of Tourism Complaint Handling

With the rapid development of tourism in recent years,the problems exposed in the tourism industry are becoming more and more serious,and disputes between consumers and merchants are constantly emerging.Those who lose often choose to go to the administrative department to complain,and if they complain about the result,a substantial proportion of the complainants choose the judicial process.In this paper,many such common case study,the analysis of this kind of traveling litigation has some commonness and characteristics of the tourist complaints into litigation cases of disputes with the travel agent as the main source of disputes.The analysis of these cases,which have not resulted from the tourism complaints,and instead chose to conduct the case of tourism litigation,will be of great benefit to us in the case of the tourism complaints.Based on tourist complaints to the analysis of the case as a breakthrough point,from the characteristics of litigation to find tourism complaints into lawsuit,to analyze tourist complaints handling mechanism existing problems,and proposes the corresponding perfect opinion and the suggestion.To related departments to perfect our country tourist complaints handling mechanism as soon as possible,explore summed up a set of scientific tourist complaints handling mechanism,thus reasonable,legal and effective dealing with tourism dispute,is a focus in the study of this paper and the final foothold.
