Under the background of accelerating urbanization, the problem of land requisition and conflict has gradually become a major problem facing rural communities in China, and it is awaiting effective governance. In this paper, through extensive review of domestic and foreign literature on land conflicts and land conflicts management,we analyze the status quo, governance effectiveness, and governance dilemma of China's land requisition and conflict management;interview farmers who lost land in M Village,Nanning,Guangxi, and fully grasp the land acquisition of M village.Conditions;using a comparative study method to compare the land expropriation practice in M Village,Nanning City,Guangxi Province and the land expropriation practice in Da Dun Village,Lian Town,Lingshui County,Hainan Province.Based on the results of this study, the first is the lack of participation of villagers in land acquisition,in addition to the existing land acquisition system. The fundamental reason is that farmers' self-government functions cannot be effectively used.Second,in the process of land acquisition, the government's power control leads to the order of rural self-government.Destruction and village self-government cannot function;Third, the willingness and ability of villagers to participate, and whether the authority of village committee officials are subject to supervision directly affects the effect of villagers' participation in land acquisition and conflict management. Therefore, this paper concludes that from the perspective of villagers'self-government,relations.On the other hand, the villagers' willingness and ability to participate, and whether the supervision of the village committees' cadre powers, such as villagers' autonomy, directly affected the effect of villagers' participation in land acquisition and conflict management. This shows that the level of government intervention and the extent of village self-governance directly affect the governance of rural land acquisition conflicts. However,in the current governance of land requisition conflicts, the role of villagersautonomy has been neglected. The government has not properly played the role of villagers'autonomy in coordinating land acquisition conflicts. Therefore, from the perspective of villagers' self-government,the government has tried to construct the country's limited lead-the peasant subject's governance model for land acquisition.
