| At present,China is the decisive stage for building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is also an important strategic period for the reform and development of the aging industry and the construction of the pension s ystem in China.According to the plan,by 2020,the construction of the old-age service system,which is based on home based,the community as the support,the institution as the supplement and the medical support,is more sound.Thus,community pension se rvices play an important role in the development of China's aging industry.In this paper,Jining Suyuan community is taken as the research object.Through interview dialogue and questionnaire of community residents and community staff,this paper combs out the existing problems in the community pension service.At the same time,it draws on the theory of Citizen Governance of Richard C.The in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the old-age service includes the following four aspects: first,the lack of guidance for the principle of governance in the community pension service;second,citizens lack knowledge of their own roles;third,the speaker is inaccurate to the role of its own role;fourth,the community pension service professionals play a low role..After sorting out the existing problems in the old-age service of the Suyuan community,we can discuss the responsibilities and relations between the four aspects of the community governance principle,the citizen,the representative and the public service professionals,and then put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of the community service for the aged.This article aims to cultivate citizens' democratic consciousness,mobilize citizens to actively participate in the community service for the aged,mobilize citizens and other social forces to contribute to the service of the community for the aged,and provide some experience for the research of other urban community pension services in our country. |
