The alliance is a common phenomenon in international politics and has always been one of the core issues of international political science.The academic community focused on the United States and its Allies after the second world war.,and it was also important to the study of the Soviet union and the socialist national coalitions.This is a theme that follows the lines of the Soviet Union and Vietnam’s relationship,to explore the cause of the formation of the Soviet union and Vietnam.In view of that theory of realism,using a threat equilibria method is a way to sort out the process of the Soviet union.According to the realistic alliance theory research methods,based on the analysis of external threats,ideology,and foreign aid alliance form of motivation,including external threat is the main cause of formation,then respectively in the external threats,ideology,and foreign aid based on the theoretical framework of analysis of the historical development of the Soviet union relations with Vietnam.Among them,in the form of a section of the Soviet union,the Vietnamese alliance the formation process of the common external threats in detail,on the time division in1973,the ‘greement on Ending the War and Restoring Peacein Vietnam’,the United States and China has become the chief enemy of the Soviet union and Vietnam,the Soviet union and Vietnam has no choice in the United States as the main enemy alliance,has become the main enemy in China after go together.The reasons are worth investigating.Ideology played a certain role in the formation of the alliance.Vietnam carried out a series of activities in the ideological struggle between China and the Soviet union,and eventually became consistent with the ideology of the Soviet union,resulting in the ideology of the Soviet union.Foreign aid has a constructive role in the alliance.The Soviet union has become an irreplaceable source of aid for Vietnam and an alliance of countries,through the supply of important resources to Vietnam’s aid monopoly.Through this aid relationship,Vietnam and the Soviet union have formed an asymmetric dependence relationship(or asylum relationship),making the security and independent transactions in the alliance necessary and possible.As a result,Soviet aid to Vietnam became a huge lever for thealliance between Soviet union and Vietnam.The Soviet union--the conditions of the Vietnam alliance are ripe.
