Research On Quality Construction Of Yanbian Korea Autonomous Prefecture

Under the background of increasingly normal economic growth in China,quality has become an important synonym for national strategic development under the new situation.Quality has become an important measure of the level of economic development in a country and a region,as well as progress in social civilization.It is an important factor that relates to people's production and lifestyle,and their level of well-being.With the social and economic development,the people's living standards have been increasing.They have already shaken away from the basic needs of satisfying the material life and changed to a higher level of quality of life and spiritual life.The standards for the pursuit of quality have been overtaken by nature.The quality events that have occurred in society have gradually attracted more and more people's attention,and the masses have also increasingly lacked confidence in quality and distrust in the ability to govern the government.If social quality issues are allowed to develop,it will inevitably affect social harmony and lasting peace.The country is stable.The Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture actively responded to the development strategy of the country's quality powers,learned management experience from first-line developed cities,and formulated the "Quality Strong State"development policy and series of activity plans and implementation on the ground in conjunction with the actual situation in Yanbian,and was officially established in July 2016.Through the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture to build "National Quality City(State)Model City" acceptance.This article analyzes from the macro perspective,through the literature research method,the experience summary method,uses the quality management theory,through the concept connotation,the necessity,the significance analysis of the strategy of strengthening the country with quality,combines the Yanbian prefecture quality construction start construction and the rapid development period development Through the research,we found that the Yanbian region was the first in Northeast China and even the first ethnic minority region in China to successfully create"Quality Strong State".This is the result of joint efforts of the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and the joint efforts of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.The quality creation experience in Yanbian region is regional and ethnic.At the same time,there are still problems that need to be improved in quality construction,and there is still a certain gap between people's expectations and social needs.Objectively,there is a weak overall quality foundation,limited quality management capabilities,incomplete standards and branding system in Yanbian,and weak awareness of social quality.In light of the deficiencies in quality development,the paper ultimately improved the company's quality capabilities in Yanbian,comprehensively promoted Yanbian's quality management capabilities,innovated and developed the nationalization standard brand system,and established new approaches to quality credit system.Countermeasures will eventually realize the all-round development of the "Qiangzhou" construction in Yanbian.
