Research On The Integration Of The Fragmentation Emergency Knowledge Science Education Mission System

At present,our country is in a critical period of social transformation and overall social stability,but there are still some destabilizing factors.In particular,emergency management is also increasingly important,and the popularization and education of emergency knowledge science has also been incorporated into the legal system.Shaanxi Province is located in the northwestern region,with serious geological disasters,imperfect public service infrastructure,large floating population,and weak ability to respond to crisis events.Therefore,emergency management in Shaanxi Province faces severe challenges.In recent years,Shaanxi Province has closely followed national policies and strived to improve the emergency management system.Although public awareness of the emergency has been initially awakened,the overall level of the public's ability to master emergency knowledge and respond to emergencies remains to be improved,and the emergency knowledge mission system presents “shards”.This article will take Shaanxi Province as an example to give an overview of the progress of emergency science popularization missions in Shaanxi Province,using questionnaires and in-depth interview methods to discover the concrete manifestations of fragmentation of emergency knowledge and popularization of education,respectively from the target system,knowledge system,organization system,and time.Distribute to describe the fragmentation performance,multi-angle analysis of deep-seated reasons,from the perspective of top-level design,legal system,mechanism operation,institutional division of labor,emergency awareness,form content and other aspects of multi-directional analysis,use the experience of other developed countries for reference,Combining the significant urban emergency response experience of China's emergency science popularization work,according to the actual situation in Shaanxi Province,applying the risk society theory and the overall government theory to propose the emergency science popularization education system in Shaanxi Province from the aspects of overall planning,mechanism operation,institutional system,form and content,etc.Fragmentation integration measures.
