Research On The Criminal Legal Aid For Juveniles

The criminal legal aid system plays a very important role in safeguarding the rights and interests of criminal defendants and criminal suspects,especially in juvenile criminal cases.The establishment of this system has achieved the goal of balance between prosecution and defense and has given the suspects and defendants the means to contend with the public authorities of the state,which is an important safeguard for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the accused.With the continuous improvement of China's criminal procedure system,China's legal aid industry is booming.The quality of criminal legal aid for minors has been continuously improved and great progress has been made.However,there are still some problems to be solved urgently.In this paper,through the field research and the collection and analysis of relevant data and data,this paper studies the perfecting measures of the criminal legal aid system for minors in our country through the field operation of the criminal legal aid system for minors and its existing problems.The first part mainly discusses the function and value of the criminal legal aid system,analyzes the relevant laws and regulations in detail,and points out the practical significance and implementation status of the legal aid work.The second part makes an in-depth investigation of the legal aid practice provided by the public security and judicial organs for juvenile criminal cases at the present stage,analyzes the shortcomings in the actual operation and analyzes its causes.The third part aims at the legal laws and regulations related to the legal aid system in our country and the problems in their practical application,and probes into reasonable solutions and countermeasures.In the fourth part,the dissertation summarizes the research of this dissertation,and puts forward the expectation of the development of criminal legal aid work in our country.Hopefully,with the improvement of domestic criminal legal aid work,we can better provide legal help to the minors in criminal cases.
