The Study On The Optimization Of Urban Community Government Service In The Context Of Internet Plus The Example Of Nanning Community

The concept of "Internet plus" gradually popular,"fusion Internet plus" and the depth of all walks of life has brought about great changes in society.The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region people's government closely combined with the needs of the times,issued a "notice" on accelerating the implementation of the program of the online government services,in the actual action in government services and the integration of"Internet plus" element.Take this opportunity,I began to explore the"Internet plus government services" in the current situation and optimization strategies of our country in city community.This paper mainly studies the urban community in China through empirical,documentary and comparative research methods.It mainly selects two typical communities in Nanning city of Guangxi as the research object.A large number of literature and data collection are consulted in the earlier period.The preliminary statistics and understanding of the government service status of the two communities are made.Then the community conducted questionnaires and field visits.In the investigation,we found that the satisfaction of the community residents to the government center service is low,the service quality of the government websites is poor,the use rate of government service mobile clients is not high,and the security of the network platform is not high.Finally,combined with the obtained research data and early collection data,in-depth analysis is made.On the basis of the two theoretical tools of the new public service theory and the holistic governance theory,on the basis of the experience of the development of government service in urban communities at home and abroad,the detailed and feasible advantages are put forward from the following aspects:adhering to the human centered concept,optimizing the government service mechanism,promoting the construction of online services,and improving the level of security prevention.Chemical measures.
