| Village-level democratic decision-making is an important part of the development of grassroots democracy in China,is China’s vast rural farmers involved in the inherent requirements of the village-level social affairs.Village affairs and democratic decision making so that farmers as masters directly involved in decision-making and management of the affairs of the rural social life,is an important manifestation of villager autonomy is an important part of democratic political construction of rural China.In 6 villages Pingyin County,Shandong Province,18 farmers were tested,using interviews and content analysis,the villagers were semi-structured in-depth interviews,analysis of the interview data is encoded by encoding the frequency statistics for each generic concept and their relationships were analyzed.Through analysis of content analysis,democratic decision-making village of Pingyin Existing empirical research issues.Pingyin study found that there is a village democratic decision-making ability to improve the democratic participation of villagers,and constantly improve the legal system,the village cadres to promote democratic decision-making and other aspects of performance;while Pingyin village democratic decision-making,there are some problems,as follows:Decision the old way,content is difficult to implement village-level democratic decision-making,democratic decision-making process is not standardized village,the village democratic quality decision-making is not high,the main problem of democratic decision-making clan forces and the evil forces intervene.Analysts pointed out that the main reason for these problems are behind rural economic development,people’s living standards low,democratic decision-making system is not perfect,imperfect legal protection of democratic decision-making,low rural political and social level,social security management in place.Suggestions put forward to strengthen economic development,improve the level of enforcement of legislation,institutional strengthening,improving political literacy and improvement of rural democratic decision-making environment in five areas. |
