The stability and development of the East Asian Political Affairs has been closely watched by the world,which also affects the world peaceful situation.In recent years,the situation in the East Asia seems to be stably,in fact it is always accompanied by the friction on "historical issues" between China and Japan or South Korea and Japan.This friction has been fought from the diplomatic to the national level.also,the antagonism of nationals has influenced of the development of diplomatic policy.Therefore,the bilateral relation between China and Japan or Korea and Japan is closely related to the national mood.To explore the connection to the national mood and the relationship of Japan,we found that history education has a heavy influence on the shaping of national consciousness,which acts on the cultivating of historical consciousness,the stimulating of patriotic emotion,the building of national consciousness,and the influencing of international situation.In fact,history textbooks are the important carriers of history education theory,its propagation is widely accepted by the public who is deeply influenced by.This influence is reflected in two aspects: one is the shaping effect of the individual ideology,and the second is the leading role of formatting the personal history concept.Based on the logical above: there is relation among history education and history textbooks,history textbooks and national mood,national mood and the relationship between China and Japan,Korea and Japan which is associated with the conflict of historical issues.Therefore,this paper tries to be supported by history education theory and shows the role of history education.By analyzing China and South Korea’s history textbooks of high school on the historical narration of Japan’s modern colonial period.The conclusion is that history textbooks have an effect on individual consciousness.This paper takes examples to China and Korea’s relationship with Japan,and discuss their conflict and dilemma because of "historical issues".Finally shows that education has a profound influence on China and Korea’s relationship with Japan.Found in the actual research,Japan’s attitude towards the modern aggression history touches the most sensitive nerve of Chinese and South Korean.For example,Japan tried to revise history textbooks,beautified the history of aggression,visited the Yasukuni Shrine for many times,and little talking about the recent history of Japan.it’s hitting in Chinese and South Korean’s deep consciousness which is shaping by Japanese colonial history in history textbooks,that is,the modern history of China and South Korea is a kind humiliating history,the two countries who under the pressure of in Japan has suffered in the aspects on political freedom,economic development and cultural independence.Modern peaceful life is bought with the blood of countless ancestors,and even the surviving grandparents also couldn’t avoid those scary days.Therefore,the historical facts cannot be modified,especially the humiliating history.Japan’s behavior is actually a denial of this history,an insult to both China and South Korea.Both Chinese and South Korean are very tough on “historical issues” and strongly the national mood.In order to maintain the situation and stability in East Asia,Japan needs to understand what China and South Korea actually needs,and what can Japan do to improve the relations between countries in the future.The research of this paper makes the preliminary stage for solving the problem.
