| Abroad to the United States as a representative of the interrogation system,mainly through the full interrogation of the former preparations,according to employ specific interrogation methods,the questioning is necessary for psychological operations,in order to achieve the purpose of interrogation.Study of interrogation of criminal suspects in China as an important part of the investigation to explore,has gradually improved and matured.Interrogation system of our country to the criminal procedure code to scale,and based on the law and relevant judicial interpretations focusing on the development and modification of,and has its own characteristics.Official crime interrogation as a branch of interrogation,especially for job-related crimes in China in recent years has always been to maintain high pressure and the context of the development of the code of criminal procedure and the rules of criminal procedure,has been the focus of academic research.But the current research on grass-roots Procuratorate official crime interrogation,for various reasons,did not flourish like a macroscopic study of official crime interrogation.Examination of crime suspects are lawful and valid,and directly related to the success or failure of the suspects face justice.So by legal and effective interrogation,according to law to establish the truth,is the key of duty crime detection work.Therefore,I believe that it is necessary to combine previous experiences according to the characteristics of grass-roots procuratorial organs,and pointed out that the current plight of grass-roots procuratorial organs examined,the author’s views,in the hope that grass-roots procuratorial organs help official crime interrogation. |
