The Theory Evolution Of The State Spaces And The Construction Practice Of The Stat-level New Areas

The development strategy of establishing special zone to promote the regional development runs through the process of the China’s reform and opening up for the past 40 years.The Special Economic Zone represented by the Shenzhen and the State-level New Areas represented by Shanghai Pudong are the use of differentiated institutional supply methods and tilted policy support the specific practical performance in the different periods.The establishment of a special zone is the layout of the industrial structure guided by state power on the surface,but it’s actually the State Spaces construction process that involves administrative power,regional planning and the other factors.The rise of "Social Turning Trend" in the 1960s has brought an unprecedented impact on the series of conceptual theories that have been rooted in the Material Spaces.The related interpretation of traditional State Spaces cannot effectively explain the intrinsic nature of many space construction practices,including the State-level New Areas.Based on the theoretical perspective of "the New State Spaces",the construction of the State-level New Areas is actually the result of the combined effect of such elements as "power","capital" and"scale".And it’s the State Spaces construction practice involving multidimensional fields such as spaces organization,strategy,resources and effects.Therefore,this study reviews the theory of the New State Spaces,paying particular attention to the connotation innovation and the logic of the State Space,and based on the practice of China’s typical State Spaces construction,the development of the State-level New Areas,so as to deepen the understanding and grasp of the State Space theory innovation and construction practice.This study mainly focuses on the following parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research significance,research status and the research methods.The second chapter pay close attention to the connotation and innovation of the State Spaces.Based on the new State Spacestheory,this chapter reviews the evolution of the concept of the State Spaces,which is under the influence of the Social Turning Trend.The third chapter focuses on the social construction of the State Spaces.With the help of the process perspective of the State Spaces,it analyzes the main contents of the social construction of the State Spaces such as construction motivation,construction method,construction field and construction process.The fourth chapter is based on the practice of China’s typical State Spaces construction-the State-level New Areas,so as to explore the practical application of the State Spaces.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which reflects on the application of the New State Spaces theory and the development of the State-level New Areas.
