Study On Compensation Of The Rural Lad Acquisition About Married Female

In recent years,the dispute of China's rural land expropriation is rising,what is produced along with the advancement of urbanization.Especially on the today,that is advocating protect of the vulnerable groups strongly,it is obvious to protect land expropriation and compensation for the "married female".But it can't effectively protect the rights of "married female" about land expropriation and compensation due to the lack of related legislation.The basic reason is there are no provisions to confirm the rural collective economic organization members of "married female",so some people occupy the land expropriation and compensation of "married female".The same problem also happens under the principle of autonomy of villagers.In this thesis,two recent cases is the breakthrough point to do a study about the judicial decision,to analyze the root reason of the dispute.The end of the study,it takes five countermeasures to solve the dispute,including identity cognizance,strengthen the supervision,strengthen execution of duty of the government and the court,improvement judicial remedy,and promote education of legislation.
