Norm plays a crucial role in the formation of order.Good social order through rule of law is the best wish of a country as well as the goal of the author in the grass-root rule of law practice. However, through many experiences in the practice of law enforcement to the countryside, the author paid more and more attention to the fact that the structure, development status and situation of a village is an important aspect which cannot be ignored in carrying out the rule of law practice in rural areas. In order to investigate the inner relationship among multiple norms, the specific structure of a village, and the order of the village,as well as to make constructive suggestions for the practice of rule of law under a multiple village structure, the author selected three different Dai ethnic villages in the same period, which are relatively condensed,as the object of the investigation. With the focus on the perspective of females, from the perspective of the formal and normative vision, the paper was exposed to the real-life scenes of the individual cases, and was investigated empirically. The author focused on the individual cases of women's participation in grass-root management, prevention and treatment of drug, and distribution of incomes of collective economic organizations of married women, and provided in-depth interpretation on three aspects of formal specifications, reality and informal norms.Through horizontal comparison of three Dai ethnic villages, which are respectively in pure farming, semi lost land and lost territory, this paper reveals the close relationship between law practice and social structure.Although the interpretation of the phenomenon presented by the three individual cases seems to be relatively independent,in essence,it shows that law practice has different effects in the interaction of multiple norms and the change of a village structure.Through the different effects of law practice in different villages, the author pointed out that villagers with the concept of rule of law voluntarily accept the formal specification of the constraints is not the sole criterion for the evaluation of the good order of the village. For many villages of different structures and situations of our villages, the good order of the village is to set up under an effective control of multiple norms.
