Ecological System Theory Angle Of View The Employment Dilemma Of Community Correction People

Community correction is a penalty execution system reform,is the important content of the judicial system reform and is one of the most important aspects of deepening reform of the judicial administrative for carrying out the criminal policy combining punishment with leniency.More and more people have paid attention to the community correction system,and the importance of community correction system is highlighted.But at present,the establishment of the community correction system of our country is still in the primary exploring stage,and there is still a long way to go.Based on this,the author conducted this study.This article is on the employment problem of community correction people by using participation observation method and interview method.First of all,the author goes deep into the communities,and knows the current difficult employment situation of community correction people.And then,the author studied the problem,taking S District's community correction people in Shanghai as a specimen,respectively from the micro level,medium level and macro level.Finally,combining with the actual situation of Shanghai,the author has summarized the cause of difficult employment of community correction people and gave the proper solution.Throughing investigation and interview of Shanghai S Area,the author has awared of the current terrible situation of community correction people,and tried to take advantage of the ecological system theory to analyze and solve the problem.Then,this paper discusses the reasons for the difficulties of community correctional people from the micro level,the middle level and the macro-level.At the micro level,this paper introduces the great psychological pressure and the life pressure that community correctional people should face when they are unable to obtain employment.At the central level,this paper introduces the negative impact of family alienation on the employment of community correctional people.On the macro level,the social exclusion is a hindrance to the employment of community correctional workers.Social exclusion also becomes self-defeating,making community correctional people self-defeating and making it harder to find jobs.Finally,the author proposes a feasible and effective suggestion to help the community correctable people find their satisfactory work.Firstly,from the micro level,we will make community correctional people counseling and give them vocational training to improve the employability of community correctional people.Secondly,from the middle level,we will improve the way the community corrects people and their families,and mine their employment resources.Third,we will share community employment resources,increase community publicity and create a fairer employment environment for community correctional people.Hoping this research can provide reference in social work practice,and help the social workers to better deal with and solve the difficult employment problem of community correction people.Also hope that society can pay more attention to community correction people's employment problem,and help them to begin a new life.
