Deng Xiaoping’s Theory And Practice Of Solving The Problem Of City People’s Livelihood During The Early Reform And Opening Up

Solving the problem of city people’s livelihood is not only an important part of building a well-off society in an all-round way,but also is the content of promoting urbanization.Deng Xiaoping’s theory and practice of solving the problem of city people’s livelihood during the early reform and opening up provides valuable experience for the current China’s people’s livelihood construction.This paper that studies Deng Xiaoping’s theory and practice of solving the problem of city people’s livelihood during the early reform and opening up tries to show the vivid practice of city people’s livelihood construction in the period which is from 1978 to 1984,and summarizes the profound experience and lessons in order to provide a reference which can solve the increasing prominent questions of city people’s livelihood.This paper consists of four chapters:the first chapter discusses the main city people’s livelihood difficulties during the early reform and opening up,which namely is the city housing shortage,the city employment crisis and the city basic living materials supply shortage;the second chapter reviews the theoretical exploration of Deng Xiaoping’s solution of the problem of city people’s livelihood,which firstly expounds the importance of city people’s livelihood;secondly expounds the basic ideas of solving the problem of city people’s livelihood,and there are four main aspects in the basic ideas:the basic premise is to take the socialist road,the material basis is to develop the productive force,the development power is reform and opening up,the methodology principle is to give an overall consideration;the third chapter analyzes the main practice and achievement of solving the problem of city people’s livelihood during the early reform and open up,which includes housing,employment and basic living supplies;the fourth chapter summarizes the Contemporary Enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping’s theory and practice of solving the problem of city people’s livelihood during the early reform and opening up,which mainly has: Having to profoundly understand the complexity and importance of solving the problem of city people’s livelihood,Solving the problem of city people’s livelihood is on the basis of vigorous development of the productive power,Using the systematic thinking to explore the ways of solving the problem of city people’s livelihood,Solving the problem of city people’s livelihood must actively adhere to the people-oriented.
