Study Of Farmers' Income Effect In Immigration Regions Of Environmental Resettlement Project Based On The Perspective Of Fammers

With the ecological environment problem increasing,incidence of poverty on vulnerable ecological region gradually improve,China attaches importance to the construction of ecological civilization and the precise poverty alleviation,which makes the research on the income of rural households in developing countries and regions become the focus of scholars' research on rural development.Implementing an environmental resettlement program is believed to be an intervention that is effective at solving ecological environment problems and alleviating poverty,it is of great significance for alleviating population overloading,protecting the ecological fragile ecological environment,promoting the rational redistribution of population,helping people get rid of poverty,promoting immigration between social economy and environment and sustainable development.As the direct participants,immigrants' development capacity and economic income are important indicators to assess the effectiveness of immigration projects.In this paper,we obtain the first-hand data of migrant workers in the typical resettlement area of Guangxi immigrants in Jinqiao village of Huanjiang County,construct econometric model,and make an empirical analysis,the main results as follows:(1)The environmental resettlement project is a comprehensive system engineering,from 1995-2014 years,the effect of project participation has a positive effect on per capita income,however,if it is analyzed from two stages,the migration of the negative effects of the early,the latter part of the migration showed positive effects.But in the long run,the implementation of ecological migration project has a positive effect on increasing the income of immigrants,and farmers are initially lifted out of poverty.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the effect of ecological migration project for a long time.(2)Off-farm income has a significant increase,migrant work become the main way to increase the income of farmers.In this paper,the proportion of immigrant' wage income in the off-farm income is 94.53%,93.84%,and 92.24%,local residents' proportion is 69.83%,88.92%,91.55% respectively.But the young are the main part of the migrant population,low cultural quality,employment pressure,and the transfer of labor result in the effect of land abandonment,rural left-behind children and empty nester,it will lead to social risks.Therefore,farmers should use their own resources,optimize the industrial structure of agriculture production,produce high economic value of agricultural products,the government should fully attract social investment and industrial development,absorb more rural labor force nearby employment,and promote local economic development.(3)With migrants and local residents the income gap gradually increased in middle and later periods of the implementation of resettlement project,immigrants' paddy field,with small area and low quality,is assigned by local government from the natives.The main source of dry land is wasteland reclamation.According to the government of fast-growing walnut forest planting in 2010,immigration area does not have perfect land ownership system,the natives has more advantages in wasteland reclamation,imbalance of resource possession directly lead to the gap of forestry income,farm income and total income.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the resettlement project,it is necessary to establish and perfect the system of land expropriation,redistribution and the right of the ecological migrants.
