I nto the 20th century,great changes have taken place in human society,some of the new media,especially represented by the Internet is one of the greatest human wisdomcryst allization.As one of the most significant achi evements in the process of human spatial expansi on,cyberspace has had a profound impact on the current complex and changing world,and the economic mpdel,human structure,existence and I awa and regul ations of modern human society Important areas of the system Nowadays,with the diversification of network information,the popularization of bad information disseminati on and the diversification of network intelligent crine,the legislation of cyberspace is very high in our legal circles.At the same time,there are views consider that the consi derat i on of cyberspace is a dimensi on of freedomof speech,too much legisi ation is not conducive to the development of the rule of lawthinking,but also with the control conflicts of relevant government,so this legisiation shoul d be careful.At present,the United States in cyberspace legislation developed rapidly.Not only in the cyberspace security,but also in the intellectual property network protection,privacy network protection,minor network protection and other aspects of legislation are more comprehensive,fromthe invention of the Internet began to go in the forefront of legal regulation,having a better solution to solve the Legal regulation and the Internet free devel opment,freedomof speech,government regul ation and a series of conflicts.Therefore,the paper studies the legal regulation of America cyberspace from four aspects:The first part starts with the devel opment of cyberspace and legisiation in the Uhited States,front he firs" espionage I aw" in 1917 to the latest " The cyberspace safety law",discussing the four stages,understanding the legislative status quo of the cyberspace law and regulations.The second part is study of some relevant characteristics of its legal regulation combined with the strategic layout of the Uhited States;The third part is also the focus of the paper,that is,the legal systemof cyberspace in the Uhited States,which is nainlyel aborated from four aspects:network intellectual property rights,network privacy protection,network minor protection,cyberspace security and its representative legal jurisprudence;The fourth part analyzes the conflict of American cyber legislation from the individual,the state and the law and concludes the solutionto the conflict resolution in the United States and interferes with the classic conflict resolution case.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some measures to solve the problems existing in our country by studying the theoretical research of cyberspace legal system in the USA and its practice in cyberspace legal regulation.
