Reseach On Government Regulation In Micro Public Welfare Organization Development

Micro public welfare organization is a innovation form in the field of social charity and a new type of social organization.With the development of the network society,the micro public welfare organization and its activities plays a unique function and effect in various fields of social life.However,it is not optimistic in overall and needs the government’s supervision and management,which facing congenital deficiency and acquired deformity,in the internal voluntary failure and external non-institutionalized survival and development trouble.In addition,it is still in early stage of development,not only faced with the development of traditional public welfare organizations,but also facing the network operation mode problems.Therefore,the government in the regulatory micro public welfare organization in the process of development,not only attaches great importance to the supervision and management,more should attach importance to cultivating and developing.In short,as the real folk public welfare organization,micro public welfare organization largely represents the direction and trend for the future development of China’s programs for public good,exploring the question of government regulation in micro public welfare organization development is of great significance theoretical value and practical significance.However,existing specialized research on micro public welfare organization is very limited,which is covered by a large number of the social organizations,nonprofit organizations,welfare charities and non-governmental organizations;Existing study concerns focused on public welfare organization official public welfare organization;And in the limited research on micro public welfare organizations,scholars pay more attention to the microscopic view specific operation and development issues,starting from the macroscopic perspective of overall research is very lack.Therefore,this paper apply national and social relations as the analytical paradigm,taking the micro public welfare organizations on objective analysis,using the qualitative analysis as the research methods,integrating top-down national integration and the civil society from bottom to top research route,which perspectives the development of micro public welfare organization in the view of government regulation.On this article,begins with the concept of the micro public welfare,furthermore to interpret the definition of micro public welfare organization;Through the objective analysis of micro public welfare organizations and government regulation,the relationship between the probe micro public welfare organization in developing the reality of the government regulation faces;On this basis,exploring the realistic path of government regulation,in order to present the new relation between state and society,which under the interactive relationship between government and micro public welfare organization.
