ocial and economic order and the credibility of the state organs,so there is a growing crackdown to duty crime from the state.As the country's efforts to fight corruption,it is becoming more and more profound attention and research for duty crime.How to effectively prevent and control duty crime not only is the key research in current theoretical circle,but also needed to focus on the judicial practice.Procuratorial organs play a role in preventing duty crime,actively innovate the preventive measures,by preventing and reducing duty crime,carrying on anti-corruption struggle,resolving social contradictions,promoting social harmony,which are the important aspects of preventing duty crime.Procuratorial organs have to integrate the prevention of duty crime closely with strengthen and innovation of social management,with innovative ideas and thoughts to increase the intensity of prevention of duty crime,especially for adapting the development requirements of the new situation and new tasks.In order to keep pace with the prevention work and obtain the actual effect,it requires strengthening the key position in the field of crime prevention.System and mechanism construction is more fundamental and insufficiency;the procuratorial organ must pay attention to prevention of duty crime and building and improvement of innovative social management mechanism in order to strengthen the prevention of duty crime.Duty crime is the result of many factors of joint action,which depends on the defects of people's greed,weak in regulation,and lack of supervision.In view of this,it is necessary to carry on the multi-dimensional prevention and governance against duty crime.This article mainly analysis and summarize duty crime's cases which are investigated by the procuratorial organs of a city in the middle section for the nearly five years,by using the methods of case analysis,experience summarize and system science,mainly from the perspective of positivism to explore the comprehensive defense measures to eliminating duty crime.Firstly,the characteristics and trend for the crime in the city over the past five years were analyzed.Then,in order to lay a foundation for preventing duty crime in the important fields,the session and main manifestation of duty crime in the important fields were formulated in the form of cases.Thirdly,it tried to find out the reasons for duty crime's incidence by analyzing duty criminals and criminal facts in recent years.Finally,the article put forward the basic measures of preventing duty crime through combining the theory of prevention of duty crime at home and abroad and actual practice of the procuratorial organ in this city.
