With the rapid development of economy and society in our country,medical dispute cases increase every year,the cases were becoming more and more complicated and worse,and the relationship between doctors and patients,in the period of social transition,has also entered the period of ice.Nowadays,the contradiction between doctors and patients has become a hot issue in the community.Contradiction between doctors and patients is increasing,the tension of the doctor-patient relationship,resulting in medical disputes occur frequently,vicious medical incidents occur sometimes.This makes the safety of medical staff is not guaranteed in the process of work,they faces pressure from patients.So that,enthusiasm of medical staff is damaged,at the same time,the rights and interests of patients is also affected,and even the development of medicine is hampered.How to deal with the doctor-patient conflicts and medical disputes in a scientific way to satisfy both doctors and patients is a question that needs to be studied and explored in the administrative departments of health and the management of the hospitals.In view of the current situation of doctor-patient relationship,the current situation of doctor-patient crisis,it is urgent to explore the corresponding solutions.Public hospitals,as the main body of China's medical system,are surely to be the first choice for people when they get ill.In the new situation,how to improve the problems of doctor-patient relationship management in public hospitals,building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has become an important problem.The purpose of this study is to explore the problems existing in the management of relationship between doctors and patients in public hospital of our country,and actually find perfect countermeasures according to the present stage,reduce medical dispute cases and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.This paper mainly uses methods of theoretical analysis,comparative analysis,expert investigation to explore causes of tension between doctors and patients in public hospitals as well as crisis management problems.At the same time,for reference of domestic and foreign hospital patient relationship management mode,through searching the development status of the S hospital reflects a series of problems of doctor-patient relationship management in China's public hospitals,and putting forward corresponding solving measures,in the basis of grip on the research on the current situation,built crisis management system in line with the status quo of China's public hospital.And according to the actual situation,put forward the concrete management measures.The innovation of this paper lies in the research on the hospital patient relationship management in the public hospital setting specific environment,combined with the specific data analysis,through drawing lessons from foreign advanced management mode of the doctor-patient relationship,combined with national conditions in China,indicate the direction for the management of the doctor-patient relationship in Chinese public hospitals to improve,so that people can gain high quality medical services,so that the harmonious development of public hospital,so as to promote the building of a harmonious society.To sum up,through the combination of qualitative description and system science method,we found out the main factors that influenced doctor-patient relationship in China,and proposed the corresponding solutions to address the main influence factors,according to research on doctor-patient crisis management theories and present condition of Chinese hospital management,established doctor-patient crisis management system which conformed to our country public hospitals.And it provided the basis for the public hospital to scientifically and effectively deal with doctor-patient crisis events.There was positive significance to avoid the doctor-patient crisis events and reducing impact of doctor-patient crisis events,construct a harmonious medical environment and to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.At present,the doctor-patient crisis management research in our country is still in primary stage.This study is only a tentative exploration of the doctor-patient crisis management.The rationality of the crisis management theory still needs to be tested and perfected in practice.
