Study On The Influence Of New Rules On The Training Of Competitive Northern Lions

The Lion Dance Movement has a very long history in China.From its origin to its development and then to its innovation and prosperity,it has not only not been submerged in the rolling waves of history,but has accompanied the continuous development of Chinese traditional culture,it has already gone far beyond the value connotation of sports itself,and is an important representative and living fossil of Chinese totem culture,as well as a loud calling card for Chinese traditional culture to go to the world,as a result,lion dances can always be performed on the day of Chinese traditional festivals in many Chinese communities around the world.Through the Comparative Analysis of the 2011 edition of the International Dragon Dance Competition rules,the Referee Law(hereinafter referred to as the new rules)and the 2008 edition of the competition rules,and combined with the theory of Sports Training Event Group,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)the 2011 edition of the new rules is based on the 2008 edition of the North Lion Dance competition rules,and the revision range is not large,therefore,it is believed that the competitive North Lion has formed a more complete competition rules system and technical system.The 2011 edition of the new rules contains four amendments,namely,the rules of competition time,music,competition etiquette and difficult actions.Among them,the first three amendments are relatively small,while the number of difficult actions is reduced to five.(2)the revision of the 2011 edition of the new rules provides a more detailed explanation of the athletes' competition scores,such as setting the scores as the movement specification score,the artistic performance score and the movement difficulty score in the optional routine,in addition,it explains in detail what problems appear in each point value and how many points should be deducted,so that the judges' scoring can be done according to laws and rules,which requires the coaches to pay attention to the details of controlling the movements during the training process,it's all about the details.(3)The amendments to the 2011 edition of the new rules will have an impact on the training of competitive northern lions mainly in two aspects,namely,daily training and competition training.During daily training,coaches should make clear the sports groups to which the northern lions belong and the factors affecting the athletes' competitive ability,it isgood at analyzing the characteristics of athletes' competitive ability and constructing the compensation effect of the unbalanced structure of competitive ability.Secondly,in the pre-competition training stage,the optimization and combination of competitive ability is an important part of pre-competition training,and it is an important task of pre-competition training to focus on the fine-tuning of technical movements,repetitive Training and simulated competition are the main methods of pre-competition training.Communication between coaches and athletes is an effective way to relax before competition.
